coolerthanthouWhile everyone else is posting on social medias about how they are going to enjoy the long weekends away, I've decided to stop scrolling through and come on here to take a break (from those SG50 long weekends posts) before I get back to my revision for the paper that's coming up for me (Sigh).
Doesn't help when the tested topics seems to be never-ending. (Another sigh)
August have been pretty chill (well, if you were to take out the revision component, which takes up most of the after hours nowadays..) and that would naturally relate to not having anything exciting or interesting for me to post about. Well, I am actually quite happy for the fact that I need not deal with anything at work, may it be the problems of shortage of manpower (I REALLY DON'T CAAARRREEE!!! STAHP TRYING TO TELL AND HINT ME ABOUT IT!!!) or having to deal with customers with telling them about the promotions and answering really ridiculous questions (For e.g. Can the earrings be tried on? - REALLY? Would you buy something that is tried on and what more earrings?!! We are talking about hygiene here!!! =_=).
Don't get me wrong. I really don't mind about my job. It's a retail job afterall.
And a close friend once gently reminded me about how we all don't have to genuinely like what we sell.
Well, in both literally and figuratively there. (:
It's going to be another long night with my notes and text.
I'm glad for the night not being frustratingly humid (It's actually quite cooling, but well, aint' jinxing things up now) and also for a skype call that just ended (Woohoo!! Good hair night too~) even though the very same person was the sole reason that set my blood boiling just a few hours ago - no, you do not ban something like that on anyone!!!.>:
