幸せな思考?

It has been a cold day and the nice weather have been brought into the night with the rain that has been going on almost all evening.
Albeit it being nice and that I actually prefer it to rain than have the sun, my thoughts have been as cold and gloomy all night.

There's is something inside me that's making me feel all uncomfortable and uneasy without knowing what exactly is wrong.

Time to think of happy thoughts, Cheryl.
Nothing else but happy thoughts and drift off to catch some shut eye now.
