Not anorexic. Please.
Aug. 31st, 2010 01:44 amI have to address this, at least once, somewhere, somehow.
1. "Omg. You're like so skinny. I bet you look good with everything lor!! I'm so jealous."
2. " How did you get so skinny? What did you not eat? Or do you even eat at all?"
3. "Are you anorexic?!!"
4. "High metabolism rate?"
5. "You're so skinny! Eat more can?!"
These.
Are the most commonly sentences said to me whenever someone who've never seen me before in their entire life, or haven't seen me for a very long time would say.
And I always wanted to reply to this kind of questions/comments, but I never knew how to put it in a way that's not the slightest bit offensive and all. So I just smile at whoever who says that to me. But actually, I mean..
1. No. I don't look good in everything. It's hard for me to pull of clothes nicely like the way people with curves do. Have you shopped in Topshop this month? Good for you if you have for I can never get anything there to fit me nicely the way they do for you. How about that?
2. That's a very good question. I don't eat my meals, and I mean every single meal. I practically survive on water and sunlight. I photosynthesize to get energy to continue breathing and living. I hope that's of a good help for you if you want to be as skinny as me. *rolls eyes*
(Of course, I kid. I do eat every single meal of the day and I snack every now and then.)
3. NO. NO. NO. HELL NO. Food is meant for consumption, then moving on to digestion and then excretion. Not consumption>Excretion. I love food the way a gamer loves his games.
4. YES!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! (This usually comes from people who're about my size. Hahaha!)
5. I eat, and I snack more than you can even imagine. So yeah, thank you very much, anyway.
And I know, this whole you're-so-skinny thing will never end. (sigh)
Off for more studying and sleepz. (HAHA! AWKWARD ENDING!! - I like. hehehe!)
Tillagain.
