Just a little something that really gave me a little boost today while I was outthough I have to admit that I'm not 18 (forever) la. -.-
It got to me that I have the ability to remember conversations down to the littlest details if they really ring something inside of my mind, and there was this one particular line that someone said (though I really can't remember who it was EXACTLY that said that. I have candidates in my mind is what I meant. HAHA!!) during this one particular 5-days trip that I had years back.
And, it was so hauntingly true when that particular trip came to my mind and I was talking about it to my friend (who went for the same trip but in another group with a totally different itinerary as compared to mine). And it just came out as if we just came back from it.
It's true that it's one of the best trips that I've ever had despite it being so extreme and.. different.
"This is going to be five days that you will never, ever, going to forget. It's going to be so memorable that five years down the road, or maybe even ten years, or even when you have your own children and grandchildren. You are going to tell them this trip of yours, like a story, because it's that memorable."
It's 2014 now. It has been 9 years since that trip. (:
