2011 has been a pretty busy year for me. Having to juggle with school and also trying my best to have a life out of everything. I still remember me being super overwhelmed when Year Two starts proper with the workload and unreasonable deadlines - which extends themselves to this year. Oh wells.
January started the year pretty well, with many chances and opportunities for me to try out new things both physically and mentally. The workload was still pretty much manageable then and February then comes quickly. February saw me through with lots of love from family and friends, which I am very very thankful for. Meeting up with friends from Secondary school and being able to be myself thoroughly is definitely one of the best things that could ever happen to me. February also brought me a hella bunch of nerves as I have to retake my MStats1 paper again for the second time (And managed to move on with a D. Not stunning, but hey. I am seriously super proud of myself with such grades already!! HAHA!!)
March pretty much spells celebration with the end of the first year in Hell. Class chalet was on and got myself a job at Etude. I pretty much dedicated myself towards work for the whole of March and April too. Sounds a tad no-life, but the job was quite interesting as compared to my first part-time job. (:
May was back to school, and my life is as interesting as a piece of white paper. Go figure. HAHA!!
June started with Band dinner, and seeing the young people GRADUATING from band kinda makes me feel a little sad, but those who were graduating were the ones who made the place feels like a celebration instead. I definitely am proud of them. Seeing them entering the band, practicing and going through competitions, performances and concerts. Makes me feel old, but hey. The satisfaction is there. (':
Term tests also kicks in here, but I've managed to slot City Hunter in. The saying goes about working hard and having fun equally hard as well? Yeah.. ;)
July came as one of the most hectic and busy month. Deadlines were throttling at everybody's necks and notes were to be printed and completed. July also brought a piece of news that got me into a serious case of stress-induced/panic-attacks (Not school related in any way). I couldn't ingest food properly without having the nausea and I basically live on a diet which consists of almost nothing but water. It was torturous and I really did tried my best to overcome it, and it's not easy having the problem stemming from, in the mind. My friends can be my witnesses that I am not crazy and attempting on dieting. And yes, this is directed at those people who thinks that I don't eat at all. I love my food a bit too much to go on any stupid diets that you all might ever think of.
August saw me through another set of term tests and a heck lot of mugging. Refer to the previous blank paper if you're asking/wondering about my social life. TYVM.
Started September by working again, this time at the outlet at Ion and Wisma and also by fangirling!! THANK YOU AISHAH FOR INTRODUCING ME TO THE AWESOMES!! (: Never regretted sacrificing sleep to finish up the Japanese make of Hana Yori Dango and got me spazzing toward Tsukasa Domyouji. Sigh~
Work came in full swing since Orchard is always packed with people no matter when, for October. And also having my girls to celebrate my 19th when I was told to meet up for lunch. Thanks, and thanks again!! (: The rule still applies - I am 19 for one day only. I am now back to being 18. 18 FOREVAAA!!~ (:
September and December summed the year up with me working on fashion assignments with a heck lot of complaints since I can't draw well to save any lives and also due to the amount of money I've spent on printing. ): Deadlines were now strangling us all with all its might and I've managed to scrape through it with the very spontaneous act of deciding on going for the study trip. I seldom agree on travelling out on my own due to my own insecurities and I pretty much rely on the family when going on trips - you'll always have sufficient things and no worries when it comes to packing!! HAHA!!
But I'm so glad that I made that decision and didn't back out at the last leg!! It was awesome (Refer to facebook photos and videos uploads~) and with my girls, it was definitely worth it. (:
And because time is on my side for the last two months, after term tests, I have been on constant fangirling mode.
I can say for sure that my 2011 ended on the right note, despite the hiccups that I've experienced every now and then during the year.
Come 2012, I welcome you with open arms. I only ask to be nice and kind to me~
Since I've ended the year by fangirling, I shall start the new year with fangirling, too!! (:
