新年快乐,大家马年行好运!!
Feb. 3rd, 2014 03:18 amHappy Lunar New Year, everyone!!~
Whether you celebrate it or not, I hope everyone have gotten their face stuffed well. And for those who haven't, fret not. We Chinese have 15 days to do that, and so do you!!! ^_~
ACTUALLY, this Lunar New Year didn't actually start off well for me with the failure of my laptop; It has decided to die at a time when most of the shops are closed for celebrations. =_= But it's okay!! I can deal with it.. or maybe.. Okay. It was tough and upsetting to know that my laptop died la. HAIYA. /:
And for those who are curious, this post is churned out with the aid of my Father's laptop (THANK GOD FOR THIS even though I still can't really get used to the keypad whether the feel of typing on it and the sound that it makes. STILL THANKFUL OKAY!! (: ).
This year, the family have decided to be a little bit different and on the first day of CNY was spent at the Bird Park since it has been a looong while since the family was there.
The sun was burning and there were occasional breezes here and there. It was nice spending the day out there and it has become a family yearly affair to end off the first day with McD's Prosperity Burgers and I haven't got the slightest idea why we do that, though.
Had to do with the visitings on the Second day (&that's all for visiting!! Um, yay?! Hahaha!!) and I swear the amount of packet drinks I had in one morning is no joke. -.-
Also ended up at my Aunt's place, to gather as a family and to also celebrate my cousin's birthday!! (YAY for birthdays, really.)
OH. Not forgetting that I had a fall before getting into the lift. Talk about being glamorous and falling in a skort. Hurhur. I can assure you that I did fall nicely and giving myself two considerably sized blue-black and a 20c sized scratched skin on my right knee (One blue-black per knee). GAH!! D:<
No matter how I hope you guize have had a great one this year. CNY has always been my favourite festive season/celebration cus of the food (d'uhhh) and how we all get money with just exchanges of words and also with smiles. (:
And I can't help but to feel that the way this post turned out to be, is kinda strange in every single way that I cannot put a finger to it.
I hope it was okay for everyone. I find it.. kinda weird.
And prolly because I haven't been getting back into writing for this space in a while. (Um, sorry. There hasn't been a lot of interesting happenings in my life lately.) I will.. try my best into keeping this space up and kicking but no promises!! HAHA!!
Hope it's all good for everyone!!
And, Happy Horse Year to everyone!! (:
